After completing the booking form, our operator will contact you via email with their bank details, this option is not available on all services and your booking will not be confirmed until cleared funds have arrived in the operator's account.
Yes, in most circumstances you can cancel your booking upto 48 hours in advance with no fee, within 48 hours we will put you in direct contact with the operator to discuss the options
It is relatively unlikely that this would happen, however in times of adverse weather and conditions or unexpected issues with the boat then unfortunately your operator may have to cancel, you will be given as much notice as possible about this and will be offered the chance to re-book for a different day or have a full refund via the payment method you selected
We only collect you email and phone number and these will only be used in direct connection with your booking, we do not store any credit card or bank details and we do not pass any information to third parties.
We are fully GDPR compliant and you can request details of any date we store at any point and also request that we remove that data from our servers.
This depends on the individual service as we have several kinds of boat on our system, in most cases this will be stated on the trip description, however if you are not sure then please email us with the name of the excursion you are interested in and we will pass it direct to the operator so you can discuss directly with them
